- MT5 activation information: account number, account name, broker server, product type, activation status, and license checks.
- Payment information: purchase status, product, order reference, and payment confirmation. Full card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by GoldEdge.
- Technical information: IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, download activity, and error logs needed for security and support.
- Support communications: messages you send to us by email or other support channels.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide the website, dashboard, downloads, and EA activation services.
- Verify licenses, whitelist access, and registered MT5 accounts.
- Process payments, confirm orders, and manage customer access.
- Detect abuse, protect the service, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Respond to support requests and send important service updates.
- Improve product quality, documentation, and user experience.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted providers to operate GoldEdge:
- Google OAuth for sign-in.
- Supabase for authentication, database, and secure storage.
- Vercel for website hosting and deployment.
- Stripe for payment processing and card payments.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, access-controlled systems, and PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to protect customer information responsibly.
6. Data Retention
We keep account, license, order, and activation records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal or accounting obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and support customers. You may request deletion where legally permitted.
