Digital Product Policy

GoldEdge Matrix is a digital MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor product with immediate download and dashboard access after purchase. Because digital software can be downloaded and activated instantly, purchases are generally final once access has been delivered.

Technical Delivery Issues

If a verified technical issue prevents you from accessing or activating your purchased product, contact us within 7 days. We will first attempt to resolve the issue through support.

• We may correct your account, license, or download access.
• We may provide replacement access or troubleshooting support.
• If the delivery issue cannot be resolved, we may approve a refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Trading losses, drawdown, or unsatisfactory trading performance.
• Broker, prop firm, spread, slippage, leverage, VPS, or account rule issues.
• Incorrect user settings or unsupported trading conditions.
• Change of mind after successful delivery and access.
• Failure to read product documentation, risk warnings, or setup requirements.

Before You Purchase

We recommend testing GoldEdge Lite first, reading the documentation, and confirming MT5 WebRequest / broker compatibility before purchasing GoldEdge Matrix.
