1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the GoldEdge website, creating an account, downloading software, purchasing a license, or using GoldEdge Expert Advisors, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use GoldEdge products or services.

2. Product Description

GoldEdge provides MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor software for forex and index trading, including GoldEdge Lite and GoldEdge Matrix. GoldEdge is software and educational/product documentation only. It is not financial advice, investment advice, brokerage service, managed account service, or a promise of profit.

3. License and Account Activation

  • GoldEdge Lite: Basic EA access with up to 2 registered Real/Demo MT5 accounts.
  • GoldEdge Matrix: Advanced EA access with up to 6 registered Real/Demo MT5 accounts per license.
  • To activate the EA, customers must register the MT5 account name, account number, broker server, and product type in the dashboard.
  • License checks require internet access and the MT5 WebRequest URL mega-goldedge.vercel.app.
  • Accounts, licenses, and access may not be resold, shared, or transferred without written approval.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your trading account, broker selection, leverage, lot sizing, VPS reliability, and risk settings.
  • You must test the software on demo or small-risk settings before live trading.
  • You must comply with your broker, prop firm, local laws, and trading restrictions.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account login and MT5 details accurate and secure.

5. Trading Risk Disclaimer

Trading foreign exchange, indices, CFDs, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk and may result in loss of capital. Backtests, examples, screenshots, and historical results are not guarantees of future performance. Market conditions, broker execution, spreads, slippage, VPS downtime, and user settings can materially affect results. Use GoldEdge at your own risk.

6. Refund Policy

GoldEdge Matrix is a digital software product with immediate access after purchase. Because the product can be downloaded and activated instantly, purchases are generally final once access has been delivered.

  • Before purchasing Matrix, customers are encouraged to test GoldEdge Lite and read the documentation.
  • If you experience a technical issue that prevents access or activation, contact us within 7 days at mega.goldedge@gmail.com.
  • We may provide troubleshooting, account correction, replacement access, or a refund at our discretion where a verified technical delivery issue cannot be resolved.
  • Refunds are not provided for trading losses, broker issues, prop firm rule violations, user settings, market conditions, or change of mind after successful delivery.

7. Availability and Updates

We aim to keep the website, downloads, and license checks available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, improve, rename, or discontinue features where necessary for security, compatibility, or product development.

8. Intellectual Property

GoldEdge software, design, branding, documentation, files, and related materials are owned by GoldEdge or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldEdge is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, account drawdown, indirect damages, consequential damages, broker execution issues, downtime, or data loss arising from use of the software or website.
